Caret Cellars

Caret Cellars strives for an Italian flair to their wines and overall atmosphere, specializing in Sangiovese (four different wines!) and Pinot Grigio varieties. Several stand out specialty wines are also produced and include a true White Merlot as well as a dry, Tuscan-style, Rosato di Sangiovese. This Italian influence spreads to the winery’s architecture and tasting room décor as well, and most times you will find either the owner or the winemaker behind the tasting bar for some lively conversation.

Walk-in tastings are welcome, but larger, private gatherings can also be accommodated. Normal operating hours are Noon to 6PM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as those Mondays falling on a three-day holiday weekend. Private tastings can be scheduled at other times and are encouraged for a more intimate event.

Group Policy:
Reservations are requested for groups over 10. Tour bus, RV and ultra-light aircraft parking is available.

Food Available:
Light fare is available, but customers are encouraged to bring more substantial food items and picnic lunches, if desired, for consumption indoors or out.

Pet Policy:
Well behaved dogs are allowed both on our grounds and inside the tasting room.
